Online shopping is super easy. Find your gear, complete your purchase, and we’ll have it ready for you shortly. For curbside pickup orders, we ask that you please wait for a confirmation before arriving at the shop.

1. How fast do you ship?
We work to fill orders as quickly as possible. We have several shipping options, including standard ground shipping and express shipping. Pricing and options may vary by product.
2. Do you ship bicycles?
Yes we do! Santa Cruz, Scott, Cannondale, Electra, Surly, Breezer & Batch complete bikes can be shipped for a $150 flat rate box and ground shipping fee. Trek, Electra, Giant, Felt and select other complete bikes cannot be shipped directly to the consumer. They can potentially be shipped directly to an authorized dealer in your area, however. 3. How do I return my order?
If you have an issue with your product for any reason, you can return new, unused items to us within 30 days. Simply bring the items back to our store or contact us for a return authorization. Bikes may be returned within 7 days of purchase in original show floor condition. Please see our Shipping & Return Policies page for more information.
4. How do I apply my promo code?
You’ll be given the option to apply a promo code during checkout. Many deals, including discounts on bikes and free shipping on orders more than $79, will be automatically calculated for you without a promo code.
5. Why should I shop local?
When we choose to spend our money with independent, locally owned businesses, rather than national chains, a much larger portion of our money is then cycled back through our local economy. This allows us to make purchases from our friends and family’s businesses, to aid our neighbors in need, to create jobs— ultimately strengthening the base of our whole community.
